My advice, don't walk yet. While still performing your end of the contract go to small claims court and get a judgment against whoever signed your contract..........Then see if they change your treatment. They may pay or you may have trouble collecting on the judgement........ask the court for a lien against their bond. Talk to a local lawyer. If you have a good case lawyers will take the case on a contingent basis, adding their fees to the amount of the suite. Never threaten to sue. Nothing gets the attention of the other party like a process server. Just do it. Be nice through all........free advice is also worth what you pay for it............Joe
