If they dont have a contract you can persue it! Dont use other peoples conduit, wire, etc, I have had concrete poured down conduits by the compettition doing that! What you are referring to is SMATV, Satellite Master Anntenna Television, a dish, headend, and, all that goes with it. I did CCTV as well and always design and build my own stuff using my own parts, which then become the building owners property because they are then a fixture on the building making it part of the building, unless you create a contract where it is your system and you are the System Operator. Check for contracts, and local real estate laws pertaining to "Permanent Fixtures". Good Luck!
