I have a DBS Satellite Installation Company. I am negotiation a contract for the first time directly with a DirectTV retailer who has a store front. My company will do mostly installations. Some sales will also be involved. I am not experienced with writing contracts. Is there a pre-written or general contract available that I may be able to download and use as a guide for this task?
