Well if you would read my message, you will see that the 4 auditing companies are still doing installation work, not audit. I will hold the rest of my replies till the 25th, at that time I will expect the delivery of bucket trucks and a boreing unit. I know for a fact that there will be no audit going on for at least 30 days. And even that time table is questionable.....
