Starcom has never been a prime for the audit, possibly they may have been a sub under one of the other contractors. The MSO is cliaming some problems with the numbers, but the end result remains to be seen. All 4 original contractors are still there working (all also have installation cotracts in New Orleans), The cable company has just not decided if it is in there best intrest to continue the project
