It's all on you, brother. It sounds like he is also a sub-contractor. Which means you are sub'ing from a sub. The Prime doesn't even know you exist(figure of speech). You would know if you were an employee, ie. application of employment, w-9, taxes being withheld, etc. The G/L ins. comment all ready made, you should really take into consideration. It's not going to help this situation. Good luck, and becareful!!!!
