After reading some of the replies to this man's question. I think he was looking to hear if he has a right to sue. There was no locate done and no communication from the prime concerning what was underground. The prime was in a rush to sweep this under the table and fired this man and seven other splicers that was associated with him. From what I have heard all the splicers were black balled from the job and the main contractors list of subs. They all are still looking for work and of course are struggling to sustain. Can anyone of you tell this man and the other splicers if there is a way to recoup there losses and the loss of income and put the blame on the proper person or persons. Please understand he doesn't need lame answers to this situation and remember that there are families that are involved with this. Thank you.
