180 in melbourne never had anywhere near the amount of problems until they got cheap and stopped training the techs properly. Any businessman knows that the success of his company is in the workers on the front line and if they are not given the proper chance right off the bat...then it's only a matter of time. I suggest that somebody speak with the BHN (Division) Director of Engineering if they really want to know the answer to why the contract was not renewed.
