You and I both know that even if you pay someone to train a newbie it will not matter after thier trained if they don't want to do the job right or cut corners. Like I said Melbourne was not closed due to performance. They were closed because someone at BrightHouse wanted it so. 180 was given no reason why they closed them, they just didn't renew contract.
