Seems to me that if your so oveloaded with jobs in Orlando it would either be that the reputation of 180 Conect is so bad that nobody wil work there, or it has some serious training issues if there are so many chargebacks. Must be the wonderful training program that they advertise on their website that is causing all the chargebacks..ya think? Or is it that the money they used to pay the lead techs for training got cancelled and nobody cares anymorewhatr kind of training a person recieves. They certainly got...what they didn't pay for, didn't they?
What pay increases??? The ones that got pulled back? Or maybe the one that had the techs installing digital boxes for free..Oh yeah, that must be the one your talking about.
