that was a low offer,that is what the field super makes with no experience
they shafted you,i agree and shame on them but we got away with very little charging back to OUR paychecks unless it was damn neglect like cutting down an exotic tree by accident,spence was very lenient along with woody,i know groupware,Brevard cable would not hesitate 2x to charge back anyone..so in that area alone,is at least one area 180 connect was lenient in.
i dont like the way they treated u and i would have rebeled the same way..but it could have been so much worse.
