Have had worked for 180 Connect in Orlando and Melbourne, I know the client. Not backing up Jag Tech, but charge backs from Brightouse Networks run as bad as a virus. Thier in house techs have a habit of coding out trouble calls as contractor at fault, such as a terminal wired backwards. This translates into a charge back to the contractor. When the actual problem was most likly customer tampering. Brighthose makes it tough on contractors in Florida. Difference is 180 Connect did not have a habit of charging back it's employee based technicians. Jaguar is 1099 no?
Just a thought, trying to offer a clue as to where your retainer money went. You may have been perfect, but Brighthouse makes a point to cahrge back even if it wasnt your fault.
