I agree the Ford Diesels have been the best to me also..... I've had a few Chevys but the Fords I had could run circles around them in overall preformance.
As for gas or Diesel...... I would pick the diesel with a pump or PTO...... i stay away from the gas trucks with generators......Just seems like an additional engine to break down on a vehilce if you ask me. Although someone did have a point about it being cheaper to run all day long.
As far as the lift (for maint)......I have prefered the Versilift scissor booms.........but squirt or scissor is usually just a personal preference thing. For const nothing beats a telsta in my opinion
