You are right; there is a minimum wage skale. But if you dont produce and they keep having to adjust your pay they will get rid of you.
The rates i posted is the highest rates they pay at
there are 3 levels: 14,15, and 16 and the rates i posted
were the 16 level.
I think we are only getting 20 percent of the pie.
I have not seen a tech. (who knows what they are doing) stay for longer than 3 months.
You could make decent money if you were to do nothing but modem jobs. However, Comcast only gives us crap work and the modem jobs have to be split evenly between the techs that know how to do them.
