If M. Johnson is in charge you can bet that another Chapter 11 will be in the future. He has done three already! With some people Chapter 11 is a legal way to keep all your retention and not pay you for good work. It's a habit that is hard to break. As I've said in the past,"their past performsnce does not instill very much confidence in their ability to manage a cable company". STAY AWAY. Without dumb subs they can not survive. Don't become one.
