Most of you are hitting it on the head. Not necessarily a union but a little bit of unity. Start fighting on the local level and it could be a trend for the rest of the nation. Spread the word somehow. What would happen to some of these get rich quick fly my night so called primes if no one showed up for work on Monday or the following four days. I guarantee they couldn't hold out for long without raising the pay. Some may take a week some a little longer. But the bottom line would be no production equals no invoicing and that means they'll have to make some quick decisions. Us old-schoolers need to spread the word to the greenhorns and show them how they are hurting the industry and how they can put it back the way it used to be and the way it should be. It could be as simple as a phone call or an email or a whisper in their ear.
