You already have your answer "as long as the local profesional people will work for those prices thats what the prime will continue to pay " If and when you can find people willing to stand up and say we are not going to do this anymore please let me know. Good luck and God Be With You in this search.I myself have been out of work since Nov,2003 and have lost every thing i once had and still see no end in sight.
