In reality it's the same old deceptive bus. practiceses Adelphia has been uo to for years. After you finish a job they decide that the job you did can only pay 3000.00 but contract pricing puts it at 8000.00 !!! ohh and if you want to get paid the 3000.00 beter
give the cordinator 2000.00 to approve the invoice
