I have faith. I have spent a lot of time with them latley, and they really want to make things work! But you know, if it does'nt, they can always sell to any of the other MSO's (my opinion not a rumor). Either way keep your chins up, and look forward to a
great year and lots to do all over the place with or without Adelphia. And oh yeah, they are laying off the CSR's, they already let about 50 go in my system. They are creating regional call centers. They offered all transfers, if they didnt take it, they got great severence packages. Some friends of mine were in that group, and they are doing good!
