twitch, like you, I worked for knology, then went to CTIS, and I agree dropchecks do SUCK!!! they NEVER worked! and the taps can knock out phones if they are not re-installed properly, I knocked out a whole neighborhood when I put the faceplate back, and one little capacitor was not sticking up properly. pretty weird, huh?
