i am also a corp owner and also a female.the reason why i decided to have my own company ,is execly what the other guys said.i was a sub for 3 years and had a lot of problems ,like not getting paid for a long periodof time.i could'nt leave ,i had resposabilitys with the other guys i was site manager.leaving the company is not the aswer.if you realy enjoy what you do ,you try to make a difference,not only for your self but to others.
if the subs are happy with the company the job is going to get done with no problems,you will have a lot more them just money in your pocket ,you'll have happy custumers and good reputation
