I heard back from them. After I sent the second or third e-mail, they sent a letter back. It is posted in the ' Companies & Work' page; Better Mind Your P's and Q's is the title.
I guess I'll pay the money. Un-verified's do not see the e-mails, when I hit {click for e-mail} I go to a page that has a little text box to type in and type a message, then hit send.
I am not sitting here with one prospective Contractor on the phone, or plate so to speak. I was narrowing down a couple possibilities. I didn't want to end up stuck out.
