As one IRS agent told us tho if you turn your employer in you may be out of work. its not a win win situation!
One of the companies hubby worked for 9 years with treated him as an employee, IRS agent even said so. All he needed was a name he said! hubby now owes BIG $$ to IRS. Even tho the company continuosly screwed him over numerous times on his paycheck he wont turn them in.
