Another thang you could consider is contacting local general contractors and seeking to work as a sub in the building industry. I have a friend who wires large buildings for a general contractor. He did a HSD install at one of the contractor managers house & talked about his network wiring skill.
You don't always get what you expect, but you know what you got when you inspect. Happiness comes from within, some poor souls are just without.
