some states require permits for dumping site ,also keep in mind your restoration,you will have to back fill with something ,sometimes you could create quite a cavern if your locates are off. we had vermeer of virginia demo a VACTRON,probably the same concept.it worked like a dream as long as you are in the front easement.they stated anything over 150' was useless
