DEWALT!
I've used every brand and dewalt is the only one that has batteries that last. Dropped a few of em from 30 feet still used them today.
No matter what do not buy a craftsman drill they stand behind their hand tools but not their power tools, and their batteries will not last six months.
I would shoot for a 14.4 model, if you are buying used like from a pawn shop or something be sure to get one with a metal ratcheting chuck and the new 3 speed design. Hell even if you are buying new be sure to get that.
Remember that you get what you pay for.
