Give me a break! Of course there are many, if not most situations where 2 are at fualt, however, how many of us can be wrong about this? Mastec doesnt pay on time! Their bookkeeping department is full of inept people who get paid far too much for knowing far too little.
They persistently blame their "software issues" for overinvoicing or blatent double invoicing their customers hundreds of thousands of dollars as in our case, while still only paying the subs for the original work. Its amazing how their financial software can only double invoice, but not double pay, OR PAY AT ALL.
I am very glad that you have had good luck with them, as many have, but the bulk of us have not!
