Feed through fittings,,,

Yo tech heads, where is the breaking point concerning feed through fittings?, 330, 450, 550, 750, 860, 1000? more importantly, where does reverse stand and how is it affected by a FT fitting? I have to sweep a bunch of it in a couple weeks and could use a few tips,,,
it's easyer to ask for forgiveness than permission
