Interference ???

has anyone had a problem with the audio on C3 popping. It is most pronounced on Music Choice. It is only on C3 and no other bird. We found an interfering carrier at 1050mhz but had no way of knowing if the carrier is actually at 1050Mhz or is a higher carrier being downconverted thru the LNB. The stranger thing is that this carrier stops everyday at 4pm on the dot. It also never happens on the weekends. Anyone have any ideas or guidance?
