yes, i have seen this same problem with tereyon modems. I'm not sure what can be done about it, but i think the modem gets too hot, and loses it's connection, just as a computer would react if you lost a fan and it got too hot.

In my opinion, i would scrap those tereyon modems before you get too many installed and start replacing them with the motorola surfboards. These have been proven to be pretty good modems, just ask around the cable business and i doubt that you will get a negitive response on the reliability of these modems.
