Has anybody had any problems with tereyon modems?
We have been having this problem with them knocking customers off line randomly. I have also noticed that the F connector going into the modem gets hot after they have been hooked up and plugged in for a while. I just wonder if this is causing them to lose connectivity.
Any info on this would be greatly appreciated.
