The boom flooded the market alright, but many of those burger flippers did not last. The ones that have made it this long and are still hacking should be shut down and run out of town. THATS WHERE QC COMES IN. QC those piss ants and get um outa here. If they have learned something in three or four years about cable and quality work then more power to 'um maybe they're keepers. How 'bout that I put quality work and cable in the same sentence. I'll work for less if that's what it takes rather than sit at home and go broke. At least I'm doing what I'd rather be doing. If I didn't like this s**t I wouldn't be doing it. This business has gone in cycles for years. Right now we have been in a down cycle and its about supply and demand. But one thing's for sure Quality is always in demand. Don't give up just yet. If the quality guys are out there in numbers; there won't be any room for any hacks.
