Some States do not care what kind of contract agreement is signed. NOTHING overrides the laws of the State or Ferderal in most cases.

It is most definately accurate that the PRIME Contractors and even SUBCONTRACTORS have gotten away with MURDER in this paticular situation.
You need to consult your the "States IRS and or Labor Laws Office" wherever it is you are performing the work!
