There are three WCCI Codes regarding Cable TV. Those being 7611 for Underground Construction Contractors, 7612 for Aerial Construction, and 7613 for Maintenance (installers).
Rates vary widely from state to state. Best bet is to call me. Since helping Contractors (even really small ones) to get and stay compliant is what I do.
