I see You have managed to condemn an entire company over the one super you mentioned (that seems enlightened and intelligent) you yourself must be an industry leader with that type of insight. I think before you sling mud as so many hacks these days seem to do you may want to study it, find out what its made of. I have been on many Mastec projects and have not always got along with the supervisors, but I know of no one at Mastec that could say negative things of me, and even with these problems my invoices (as difficult as they were lol.) were always paid and paid correctly on time. As for character and dignity, my question is this why would you work for a company that treats you so poorly? Surely someone of your caliber is in demand everywhere. So sit behind your keyboard and remain anonymously dignified while the rest of us make a living WORKING!!!
As for my situation, I let my reputation stand for my dignity and character, not my keystrokes.
