I think more so than office locations it is people no willing to admit flaws in their paper work process or billing issues. Mastec has a standard procedure nationwide (I say this because you would be hard pressed to find someone who has worked in as many Mastec locations as Talan) that would ensure accurate invoicing. If you have any discrepancies you would know when you invoiced if your numbers do not match you must resubmit your invoice with the correct amounts versus line items. If you drop the ball at this point then I can see, if not I can see no way.
I guess that is just me though and all those I have worked with, I repeat I have met no company that has had problems. I am not however slamming any who do I am only stating my opinion.
