Even though the customer signs a waiver most insurance companies will pay off and back charge you. This way they don't have to worry about going to court and getting a petitioner friendly jury. Also, if both parties do not sign, i.e; husband/wife, fiancee'/fiancee', etc. the party that didn't sign will claim they would never have okayed the routing of the cable or signed the waiver. Again, you will be paying regardless. I tell you this from experience. The advice that follows should be heeded, get away from that company and get away fast!
