This is still going on huh? Just my two cents worth...I started in cable many years ago, when women were NOT in it. I started as a flagger and worked through the ranks. Cablegirl..I am sure you know what I mean. After being a contractor I went in-house with Viacom (ahh..the good days). Now I am an owner, many years over now in my own contracting company and have employed many women with no regrets. Just hang in there cablegirl, your time and grade will pay out in the end.
