LOL! good reply

Looks like another Comcast minority hire needs help with her job. I have had to deal with so many women at Comcast who have no idea how cable works, but they will kick you in the nuts to cover up thier lack of knowlege about the systems when they f- up. If you work for Comcast you should know what the pricing is, unless you are afraid to show your ignorance and ask.
