First ,a 14 volt cordless drill or larger. Coring tools that are applicable. A torch. Two adjustable wrenches ,depending on the size of the cable,you may need two different size sets. Aklein cable hook knife or equivelant. needle nose pliers.Set of hand drive nut runners. hacksaw. large and small screwdrivers.phillips.bending board, which could take differnt size paddles. tape. a volt/ ohm meter . A up to date frequency meter.channel locks. nines. side cutters,10".cable cutters.A splice bag,preferrably canvas. body belt. gaffs.safety.hardhat.A real small screwdriver ,for AGC. Miners light. shovel. ground rod driver.
