yea, i know how ray got his job. i was up for that job after mike b. was let go and al got mikes job to open up the installation supervisor job. i know all about it after 5 years there. doesn't sound like much has changed. although there doesn't seem to be too many complaints about the guy who took over for al. but then again, anything would be an improvement!!
