Re: Need info from (real) old timers

to start ,i started my first cable job in 1982,installs , big deal,but i listened and learned.I listened well i started my 1st company in 1986 . you have recieved some good advice here.do what you will with it. in 17 years of construction this is the lowest i've seen prices. just turned down traveling contract to lash 2 coax for $.20/ft. i don't have all the answers, well , i don't have any answers. i used to drive down streets and hiways and point out to people , "HEY I BUILT THAT ,LOOKS GREAT ",very few ,take pride in their work anymore . this in my opinion is most of the problem.
