If you worked for the prime you might have more leverage to call the cable operator, in this case the "guy" who actually deals directly with the prime, and ask him where he "wants this wreckout " to be dropped off. He will ask "what wreckout"? Then you tell him what wreckout and why. If you sound crazy enough to be believable and tell him you have a truck going out there now to start taking it down it just might work. He will tell you to stop the truck thats on its way already, and he'll get on the phone with the contractor pronto to help you out. Good Luck!
