Yes transmit does change, at the node from a 43 to a 48 the webstar modem will stay online but not hightron. the +0.1 to a -17 was the responce floor and the revers telem. This is all that I know . usually I set the quad and go but it seems like the quad recever is droping out for a second I tried to inject signal back to the headend and have another tech watch to see if the levels moveed up or down but they did not. I am to my wits end with this problem.
