We've been subbing through a prime here in the Raleigh-Durham area for four plus years and TWC has put all drop orders within a 7 day window completion and will hear no exceptions.
Example:
order entered 5/28
order prints 5/29
locates called in 5/29
locates good 5/30;work can be done
In a perfect world with no rain, no obstacles, no call to meets, etc. this is possible but this tight window is working on my nerves and TWC could care less. They have a quota and it has to be met and they could care care less about who is paying their salary: the customer who ordered the cable and pays monthly.
I will not cut corners to get a drop in the ground because when I pull up on a job that yard is mine for the time it takes me to do the job;meaning your yard is my yard so it better be right.
Time Warner problems;does anyone else have it
