when a company changes their name 3 times in 3 years, and still has the same people. that should tell you something. locals have learned to stay away from them. good luck, on getting your money. I am going through the same thing, with another company in Denver. (METROWEST COMM.) but thats another story. Seems to be the norm in Denver, and don't expect any help from COMCAST.
