I agree. Upgrading 20 yr. old unjacketed coax cable is kinda like taking a shower and putting your dirty underware back on. Still smells bad. Some companys will spend a dollor to save a dime. The bright side of all this nonsence is that we will have many more years of work going back and doing it right the next time with new strand and cable.
