I am glad to hear what you have to say and have to agree. It is very tough out there right now. I think we as contractors who still and always have taken pride in our work have a tough road ahead. We need to show the MSO's they can get quality work and get them to bring the prices up to where we can afford to give it to them. I just had an MSO ask me to splice fiber for $15.00 a splice composit. inculding a bunch of 2 fiber locations. AS you said at those prices and the ever higher insurance cost it is tuff. but I blame all the hacks/flybynighters who came in the industry for the quick buck, not only did they put a bad taste in the MSO's Mouth they ran the insurance cost up as well.
