I'm fairly new to forward sweep. Up until this point I have primarily used reverse for activating return. Now that our activation is nearly complete in all of our plants, we are concentrating on upgrading our 550 plants to 750. The plant in question has Texscan Flamethrower nodes and we SA station II amplifiers/LE's. I am finding what appears to be a reflection or standing waves on the high end. The peaks of each (I see 3) are exactly 42 MHZ apart. At first I thought it was a problem specific to that particular area, but as I checked into different nodes, I'm seeing the same thing. Is this due to the mismatch of equipment, is it in my test equipment( Stealth SDA5000)? One other thing that was misleading was that I got to the first station out and swept the AUX output and saw the waves. I swept the main out and the waves were gone. I figured this was a problem associated with the Aux leg off of the amp, but when I went to the next station (fed off of the main out of the first amp) I had a clean sweep off of the Main out and the waves off of the AUX. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
