No they are not from the same node. We have this problem in different nodes. We have two CMTS's in our C.O. CMTS 1 is the one that has been having the problem. Now, of the cable modems that go into this CMTS, only a certain precentage are dropping out. Example; Customer A and customer B cable modems both go through the same CMTS. Both customer levels are good. However, customer A falls out and customer B continues to work on a regular basis. This scenrio is on different nodes with different customers, but they all go through the same CMTS. Maybe this will help.
By the way, the infromation you guys are providing is extremly helpful. We just have not found the problem yet.
